BAGEL KEBAB

Ingredients (Serves 4)

650 g ground beef
1 cup Turkish bagels (thin bulgur)
2 tablespoons pine nuts,
1 tablespoon dry mint powder,
5-6 clove of garlic crushed
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

PREPARATION:

Soak bagels with warm water in a tray. After waiting a little bit, add the ground beef, mint, pine nuts, crushed garlic, spices, salt, soaked red pepper. Then put them all together, and knead them very well in one lump. After that, shape them in a walnut size. Put them on a skewer and cook on barbecue. If you like, you can also cook in the oven after putting on skewers.
