SAHAN KEBAB RECIPES

GARLIC KEBAB

Ingredients:

500g fatty ground meat,
500g garlic clove,
1 coffee cup of pomegranate molasses,
Black pepper, salt.

PREPARATION:

Add some salt and black pepper to the ground meat and knead it with little water. Tear walnut size pieces off the meat and make round meatballs. Divide the garlics into two without removing their heads. Put one meatball and one garlic on a skewer. Cook them on Char-Broil. Lay the cooked kebabs on a tray. Pour diluted pomegranate molasses onto it or pour little water, leave it on fire for 10 minutes in a covered pot and serve.
