SAHAN KEBAB RECIPES

Ingredients (Serves 4-6 )

1,5 kg eggplant
500 g ground meat with low-fat
1 kg strained yoghurt
2 cloves of garlic (or more if you like)
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper

PREPARATION:

Cook the eggplants on the embers. Paste the eggplants on a board and make a puree. Sautee the ground beef until just cooked in a pan. After that, add salt, red and black pepper. Mix the yoghurt, garlic, salt and eggplants in another pot and then heat it. Put it in a service plate and pour it on the sautee ground beef. Garnish with parsley if you like.
