FOUNDER AND HISTORY


First branch of SAHAN founded as a small restaurant in Caddebostan in 1970 was opened in Plajyolu by current owner Tahir Tekin Öztan in 1984. Each link of SAHAN Restaurant chain was formed as a result of the combination of craft which was learned by a young entrepreneur from his master and family with innovative and creative ideas.

SAHAN CULTURE


One of the first cities that comes to mind when talking about kebab today is of course Gaziantep. As Gaziantep cuisine is the only cuisine remembered not only with kebab bu also with city name, it has a very wide food and beverage culture. Kebab has a highly important place in Gaziantep cuisine.
